About the teacher:
With nearly a decade of yoga practice, I completed my 200 hour teacher training with Ashtanga Yoga Glastonbury in 2023, having previously studied at the Sivananda Ashram in India in 2019. My teaching journey has taken me across the UK and Asia, including a memorable experience teaching at Glastonbury Festival last year.
My classes offer a calm and grounding space, inviting students to connect with their bodies through mindful movement. Rooted in the alignment and breathwork principles of Ashtanga, my teaching also incorporates playful elements of vinyasa flow to create a balanced and accessible practice.
Having recently moved to The Wye Valley with my partner and our beautiful baby boy, I’ve been deeply inspired by my own experience of pregnancy and postpartum. This journey has led me to study postpartum yoga with Birthlight, and I’m excited to soon be launching dedicated classes to support new mothers.

Saturday 5 December 2026
These circles run bi-monthly, with a summer pause.
What are Family / Systemic Constellations?
Family or Systemic Constellations is an experiential therapeutic approach developed by Bert Hellinger, drawing on family therapy, systemic thinking, and group dynamics.
The work explores how unresolved experiences and patterns within our family systems can continue to influence our relationships, work, health, and sense of belonging, often without our conscious awareness. These influences may show up as repeating dynamics, emotional burdens, or a sense of being stuck.
Rather than talking about problems, constellation work allows us to see and feel the wider system we are part of. In a group setting, participants may be invited to act as representatives for people, roles, or elements within a family or life situation. Through this embodied process, hidden dynamics can become visible, allowing new understanding, movement, and relief to emerge.
This is not roleplay, and no belief or prior knowledge is required.
How the Morning Works
Each morning includes:
- Arrival, settling, and a short grounding or meditation
- Simple group exercises to practise representing and attuning to the field
- Two constellations
- Time for reflection and integration
- Closing circle
At each session, anyone attending is welcome to put their name forward if they would like to work with a personal or professional issue.
Constellations are chosen on the day, guided by what feels most appropriate for the group and the wider field. Not everyone who puts their name forward will necessarily have their own constellation.
All roles within the process are equally valued.
Ways to Take Part
Issue holder
You may bring a theme or situation you would like to explore. Two constellations will take place each morning.
Representative
You may be invited to stand in for people, roles, or elements within another person’s constellation. Many people find this role deeply insightful, and sometimes more impactful than having their own constellation.
Witness
You can also attend simply holding presence within the group. Even from this role, people often recognise parallels and gain clarity for their own lives.
You do not need to bring an issue to attend.
Why Attend Regularly?
Constellation work often unfolds over time. Attending regularly allows you to:
- deepen your embodied understanding of systemic patterns
- integrate insights gently between sessions
- experience different roles within the field
- build continuity and trust within the group
Each circle responds to who is present and what is alive on the day.

Module Overview: Hosting a Guided Sauna Session
Module Description:
This module lays the groundwork for guiding transformative sauna experiences — rooted in tradition, intuition, and embodied skill.
You’ll explore the sauna as a space of healing and renewal, learning to shape each session through the natural cycles of the four elements and seasons. With this lens, you’ll structure a thermal journey that moves through heat, release, rest, and integration.
At the heart of the training is the ancient art of whisking — a sensory language of care. You’ll learn hands-on techniques with birch and oak, exploring their therapeutic qualities, seasonal significance, and energetic presence. Whisking is taught not just as technique, but as ritual.
You’ll also build essential sauna skills: managing heat and steam through the art of löyly, working with aromatherapy and halotherapy, and guiding experiences with clarity, grounding, and presence.
Throughout, you’ll explore the role of the sauna master as guide and guardian — developing not only your skills, but your inner voice, confidence, and creative authority.
By the end, you’ll be able to design and lead powerful, sensory-rich sauna sessions with care, depth, and flow.
