Community and inclusivity sit at the very heart of what we do at Stone Rock Lodge. That’s why we have introduced a three-tiered annual membership model — designed so that belonging to our community is genuinely accessible to everybody.

Every membership tier — regardless of price — includes exactly the same benefits.

The Benefits:

Supported Member (Non Working or Low Income)

For those in a season of less, this membership ensures the door is always open. Your presence here matters, and this tier exists to make that possible.

Regular Community Member

Our core membership, offering full access to the Stone Rock Lodge community, events, and seasonal rhythms at a rate that works for most.

Supporter Member

For those in a position to give a little more, this tier directly supports low-income members and helps Stone Rock Lodge continue to grow its events, offerings, and community for everyone.

All memberships renew automatically on an annual basis. Cancel anytime.

Membership FAQs

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account via the SimplyBook system here and clicking the “Cancel Renewal” button. If you do not see this button then your renewal has already been cancelled.

Will I be reminded when my membership is due for renewal?

Yes, you will receive an automated email notifying you of your renewal approx. 2 days prior to renewal date. The email will come from Stone Rock Lodge <NO-REPLY@simplybook.me> – please check your inbox, folders and junk. However, it is always a good idea to make a note of your renewal date when purchasing a plan.

I took out a membership on a limited time deal that is no longer for sale, will it renew?

Yes, if you were one of the first to sign up to our membership who took out our limited time deal of £1 for your first year then your membership will renew at the price sent to you in your renewal reminder.

We have since introduced a number of memberships suited to all budgets. If you feel that your renewal is hard to afford right now, you can choose a lower tier that better suits you by cancelling your active membership and resubscribing to another tier. All of our current tiers can be found here.

I've forgotten my login details, how do I access my account?
