At Stone Rock Lodge, Nature is at the centre of all we do and all we are. We invite you to explore both your Inner and Outer Worlds by offering you a range of Wellness activities, including our Sauna & Cold-Water Area, and the regular events, workshops and retreats we host throughout the year.
We have our own Sauna and Cold Plunge area which opens publicly 7 days a week. See our opening times and Sauna Club sessions below to book your session now.

Sauna & Plunge
Sessions are open to all genders, 16 years of age and above. 16-17 year olds must have their booking made by a parent or guardian who agrees to our terms and conditions. Wearing a costume in the Sauna area is obligatory in these sessions.

Fire & Ice Contrast Therapy with Casper
Enjoy being guided through a full hour of contrast therapy, a rotation of Sauna. Cold. Rest. Repeat with science based instruction and expert tips.

Nervous System Reset with Scott
Come and completely reset your nervous system, and shed the build up of stress and anxiety through a combination of Sauna, Breathwork and Sounding.You can hear the collective sigh of nervous system relief from here.

Friday Night Sauna & Pizza Social
Come and relax and receive some ‘yummy’ end of the week pampering with a 90 minute Sauna Session followed by any Pizza from the menu in our restaurant. Remember to book a table in the Restaurant for the end of your Sauna session.

Enjoy a pizza after your sauna session. Just £10.
If you would like your Pizza to Take Away or delivered to you in the sauna area during your session please order it from the bar on your arrival and indicate the time you want it to be ready. If you want to sit down at a table and have your Pizza as part of a meal, book a table through our website and when a server comes to take your order, inform them that you have paid for your pizza in advance. They can then check the system and make sure it’s not added to your bill. Any extra toppings or gluten free bases will be charged separately and aren’t included in the pizza deal. Please be advised that the kitchen closes at 9pm Monday to Thursday and at 9.30pm on Friday and Saturday evenings.Â
