Our family-owned Restaurant has been producing Award Winning dishes made with locally sourced ingredients since 2016. The cornerstone of our cuisine has always been Traditional Neapolitan influenced Wood Fired Pizza.
We’ve won the prestigious Gold Award for UK Pizzeria on repeated years (Pizza and Pasta Association of Great Britain), as well as the honour of being voted BEST PIZZA in WALES on multiple occasions (Welsh Restaurant Awards). Aside from Pizza, we offer other delicious freshly made international dishes, also catering for Vegetarian and Vegan and Gluten Free diets.

What a fantastic find!My wife and I went along for the autumn sauna ritual yesterday, followed by pizza, and had a brilliant time.There were six of us taking part, with Casper facilitating, and from the moment we started he made everyone … More feel completely comfortable. The whole experience was relaxed and welcoming, and well structured. Over the hour and a half he gently took us on a journey, weaving in stories, explanations of the sauna ritual and plenty of time simply to experience it. We were held lightly throughout, and it was deeply enjoyable.The biggest revelation for me was the sauna itself. I’m used to dry saunas, so the fragrant, moist air (from lots of water on the rocks above the wood fired heater) was a completely different experience — wonderfully enveloping and atmospheric. And then there was the forest whisking: different bundles of different tree branches used to invigorate and stimulate the skin. It sounds slightly unusual until you experience it, but it was incredibly relaxing and one of my favourite parts.My wife took a little convincing about the whole thing and was initially apprehensive. When you arrive, you essentially walk into what feels like a pub and restaurant, and it feels a little incongruent with my idea of this kind of experience. But then you go through to the back courtyard and discover this beautifully designed, thoughtful little space, with lovely trees and shrubs and a Green Man shrine. It feels incredibly well considered. As you settle in you wouldn’t know you were in the middle of Chepstow.And then there’s the pizza. Fantastic — genuinely the best I’ve had in ages.All in all, a brilliant experience from start to finish. Relaxing, unusual, welcoming and great fun. I’d absolutely do it again.

food was absolutely incredible, did take a while but there were multiple takeaway orders coming in so i understand those took priority. it was very quiet, no music, but again i understand as i believe people stay in rooms above the restaurant. … More perhaps a music cut-off would be better at 8/9pm - felt we couldnt talk very much. but overall a great experience, i definitely recommend the sweet potato fries!
