Sauna & Plunge

Sessions are open to all genders, 16 years of age and above. 16-17 year olds must have their booking made by a parent or guardian who agrees to our terms and conditions. Wearing a costume in the Sauna area is obligatory in these sessions.

A welcoming, guided introduction to sauna for beginners and anyone wanting to build their confidence. Learn how to use heat, steam and cold safely and effectively, with guidance from Sauna Master Caspar throughout the session.

Slow down, switch off and give yourself an hour to breathe, relax and reset. Enjoy a gentle guided sauna with calming practices and optional cold therapy, hosted by Sauna Master and breathwork facilitator Scott.

Come and relax for some end of the week pampering with a 60 Sauna Session.

Children aged 5-16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

This is a Textile Free session, where guests will use the sauna nude, just like in many other countries across Europe, enjoying the freedom of the body to breath and sweat naturally without the containment and irritation of costumes. The session will be held by Caspar or Scott to safe guard participants allowing the group to relax and enjoy the experience. Towels are obligatory to sit on, and can be used as a cover up allowing you to get used to this type of experience if it is at first unfamiliar.
