Celtic Awakening is a five-day immersive Celtic spiritual retreat in the heart of the Wye Valley, UK, for people ready to come home to themselves. We gather in the days before Mabon, the autumn equinox — a turning point the Celts marked and lived by.

Five Days in One of Britain’s Most Ancient Landscapes

A half-day retreat combining 90 minutes of deep Yin Yoga with 90 minutes of Sauna Ritual. Two complementary practices. One experience.

You’ll leave with a body that’s deeply relaxed, a nervous system that’s reset, and an invigorating sense of aliveness.
