5 Weekday Morning Sessions from 7 till 8am
Subscribe for £20 per week* (£4 per session)

A challenge for anyone who wants to start every weekday with purpose, vitality, and a regulated, resilient nervous system.

Our Sauna Masters and Stone Rock Resident Wellbeing Facilitators, Scott Edwards and Caspar Reeves, are committing to meet every weekday morning from the Autumn Equinox (21 Sept) until the Winter Solstice (21 December) for 20 minutes of guided breathwork or meditation, followed by 40 minutes of sauna and cold plunge.

This will help revolutionise your life, your health, your mindset, and how you show up each day.
